Put a shirt on already! Geesh. What kind of proper Brit are you? You think you're blading along Lake Michigan or something? Oh, btw, the hot boys by Belmont harbor say they miss you.
Peter
P.S. So what's up with the flat already? You have had me on the edge of my seat for like a week now!
Awesome photo. Except for the whole misfortune of having a six-pack and other miscellaneous muscle-age, you look quite young, too. :)
Note to self: must learn how to rollerblade so I can look more like Stairs.
damn, you look hot. are you in hyde park with all the other rollerbladers in central london? hmm... just looked at the caption on the photo - i guess so. D'OH.
Wow, this was a nice Monday treat. What a great picture. *Ryan fans himself* You are too hot Stairs.
Ow-OW!
So who's the guy in the shirt? :)
Hi, Stairs! I was stumbling around the Internet trying to find a photo of a stairway to use in a PPT presentation, and I found your blog. Pretty cool, to read a blog from London! I'm here in sunny FL, where people wear sweatshirts in the weather you go bare-chested in.
The reason I am writing is that I went to school for a Ph.D. a few years back - and I was wondering what your major field is. Write me at my Yahoo address...? Oh - and go for the cheap "flat," if you haven't already made up your mind. When your brain is as fried as it's gonna be from schoolwork, it doesn't matter where you lay your head - only that it's QUIET. And you MUST have extra $$ to amuse yourself, or you really WILL go crazy.
Good luck, bud!!
Good. Good. I love your blog.
Which one of these things is single?
Stairs and guy in green shorts sandwich? Anybody?
Definitely.
Oh, my.
It isn't quite the same as Lake Michigan, no, but it has its plus sides in that I can blade with my friends, whereas Chicago was hours and hours of just me; while exhilarating, it wasn't quite so much fun. You know, there were never any hot boys around Belmont when I used to go there to read; though I might have seen you there once, I recall that we ventured over together :)
[youZack] Tricks of the light, and heck, I am young!
[Corin] Take off shirt, put on blades (try Big5 for a good selection?), pose; you don't actually need to be going anywhere ;)
[Sherry, Ryan] Thank you. Sherry, come back already.
[Davy] That'd be Johnéh; we did our first degrees together and have been married ever since.
[Chris] Thanks :) The last time I was in FL it was freezing, and the temperature here for this photo was in the 90s F, so I think it's fair to say that we're not all that bad, weatherwise! My first degree was microbiology, my second degree is an attempt at a Ph.D. in plant molecular biology.
[Jalal] Aap kaisen hain? Erm, none of us is really single; we lead a symbiotic existence.
[Ed] No
[Matt] Not
[Faustus] Lions and tigers and bears!
Spoilsport :P
