If you like food, and you like travel, then this site is a godsend. Based on their documentary evidence, next time I'm in South Asia I really, really want to travel on Air Sahara which, despite its name, is an Indian domestic carrier.
Who on earth would expect chaat, paratha, paani puri, rasmalai, saag ghosht, paneer or gulab jamun as part of their in flight meal? I guess it makes sense; fly a less wealthy airline and oops, suddenly you're lucky enough to have your catering done by stall-food chefs. Yum!
